Terms and Conditions

Liability: Weevz and its principals and agents, are not responsible for, and do not assume responsibility for, the acts or omissions of any third-party contractors, outfitters, airlines, railroads, ship owners, charter air carriers, shuttle and taxi drivers, hotels, lodges, independent fishing guides or other service providers engaged by Weevz on behalf of the tour member, or the tour member directly, in connection with any tour.

Further, the tour member is subject to rates, terms, and conditions of all tickets, vouchers, and contracts of such hotels, airlines, railroads, operators, owners and contractors issued in connection with the tour, and the issuance and acceptance of any such tickets, vouchers and contracts shall be deemed to be consent to such conditions.

Payments & Cancellation policy: a deposit of 50% of your package price is required within 2 weeks of invoice to confirm a reservation.

Deposits are refundable (minus a US$ 500 PER ANGLER handling fee until 60 days prior to the start of your trip).

Within 60 days of your trip, your deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to resell your spot.

No refunds are available for unused portions of packages.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

NO CREDIT CARDS. In many lodges, credit card payments cannot be accepted.

All programs and execution of them remain subject to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Claims for refunds will not be accepted.


Each individual lodge and destination may charge their own handling and/or administration fee. All cancellations must be given in writing to Weevz. Please keep in mind that Weevz and all clients must adhere to each individual lodge cancellation, refund and deposit policy as lodges and outfitters have their own policies. Weevz will maintain the cancellation, refund and deposit policy for each individual lodge / destination. Cancellation, refund and deposit policy are listed in terms & conditions of each individual lodge / destination and are available on request.
